365 REPAIRS - Terms & Conditions


TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Effective February 2024

These Terms & Conditions will form the basis of all business conducted between YOU, the customer, or anyone acting as your representative or agent, and US, 365 REPAIRS LTD.


PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

365 REPAIRS LTD does not automatically provide credit facilities, therefore, unless previously agreed in writing, ALL invoices are "Due on receipt" and payable immediately.

Where 365 REPAIRS LTD has agreed to provide credit facilities prior to any invoice being generated, invoices are payable on or before the Payment Due Date stated on the invoice.


The accepted payment methods are;

Cash – Paid to the engineer

Card – In person, over the phone or by secure payment link

Instant Bank Transfer while the engineer is on site

• BACS payments may be accepted by prior agreement


PAYMENT BY CHEQUE IS NOT ACCEPTED

CREDIT FACILITIES ARE NEITHER OFFERED NOR PROVIDED


STATUTORY NOTICE

In accordance with The Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2013, 365 REPAIRS LTD reserves the right to charge a late payment fee if your invoice or account is not paid in accordance with the payment due date and / or our accepted payment methods, as indicated above.

365 REPAIRS LTD, also reserves the right to add further administration costs, interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, and recovery fees as prescribed in The Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2013.


DEPOSITS & BALANCES

Where a deposit has been paid in order to secure a service, product or facility, the balance remaining of the cost of the service, product or facility will become due and payable immediately upon the supply of that service, product or facility, as detailed in the PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS above.


ADVANCE PAYMENTS

365 REPAIRS LTD reserves the right to charge in advance of supplying any service, product or facility.

Where an advance payment is required, a quotation and / or pro-forma invoice will be supplied at the time of you requesting the service, product or facility.

Where it is necessary to order parts or materials to complete a repair or service, an advance payment (inclusive of delivery costs and VAT) will be required to be paid for those items at the time of ordering.


DELIVERY, CANCELLATION & RESTOCKING OF PARTS

The customer will be notified of the expected delivery date of any parts to be ordered and your approval obtained prior to the order being confirmed with our suppliers.

The above information will be communicated within the quotation, pro-forma invoice, or by separate communication.


We will endeavour to keep you updated regarding any delays or amendments that may arise regarding the expected delivery date, however, 365 REPAIRS LTD accepts no responsibility for changes or amendments to the expected delivery date which are outside of our control.

Once an order for parts is confirmed with our suppliers, any parts which are subsequently cancelled by the customer will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.

The restocking fee will be charged to the customer irrespective of whether the parts have been supplied to the customer.


Restocking fees are charged to us by our suppliers when we return or cancel ordered items because they are no longer required, or have been ordered in error.

A delay to an expected delivery date is not considered a valid reason for returning or cancelling ordered items.


WARRANTY PERIODS

All parts and materials are provided with an industry standard 90-day warranty where those parts and materials have been supplied and installed by 365 REPAIRS LTD.

A 90-day warranty is provided on labour and workmanship provided by 365 REPAIRS LTD.


Where parts have been provided to the customer on a Sale Only, or Sale for Self-Installation, any parts that develop a fault are also covered by the industry standard 90-day warranty, however; those parts will need to be returned to the original supplier for evaluation prior to the part being replaced or a refund being made, whichever may be applicable.

The time taken to evaluate the cause of any component failure is outside of the control of 365 REPAIRS LTD.

365 REPAIRS LTD, accepts no responsibility for any subsequent downtime or losses incurred whilst the above evaluation process is taking place.

365 REPAIRS is a trading name of 365 REPAIRS LTD

The term “Us”, "We" & "Our" refers to 365 REPAIRS LTD.

The term “The customer”, "You" & "Your" refers to the customer directly or the customers' representative or agent.
